Join the California Climbing Collective and TOMO Bouldering Club for a high-level performance prep weekend in Portland, designed specifically for athletes competing at USA Climbing Nationals.

*Camp price includes all sessions at TOMO, climbers are responsible for Rope gym access costs during Rope sessions.
Camp Info
This three-day immersive camp replicates the Nationals experience through comp-style rounds, personalized coaching, and strategic video review. It’s built for climbers preparing for Nationals and other high-level events—ideal for athletes with competition experience looking to sharpen movement, strategy, and mindset.

With coach-to-athlete ratios up to 1:4/5, and individualized feedback time structured throughout the camp, athletes will find meaningful progress and personal growth.
Schedule
The camp schedule will vary slightly by category to allow for a more tailored experience and focused coaching. Athletes will work closely with coaches for individualized feedback. If you have a scheduling conflict, please email hello@californiaclimbingcollective.com to discuss options. For climbers only competing in bouldering, alternate training or rest will be provided during rope sessions based on individual needs.
For LOCAL PDX ATHLETES That HAVE SCHOOL MONDAY WE WILL BE OFFERING A SLIGHTLY ALTERNATIVE SCHEDULE. Climbers (all categories) on monday will have a TOMO session from 5:00 pm - 8:00PM. Additionally the sunday schedule will be slightly different. This will all be sent out as a preliminary schedule by June 5th to those signed up, and reviewed during the kick off meeting on June 6th.

Rope Session: Nationals Format, flash format (SELF RUN, VIDEO DEBRIEF LATER IN the Day)
Sunday, June 8
Mock Semis @ TOMO: Nationals format, ISO/onsight + video feedback & group debrief
Mock Finals @ TOMO: Same format as above
Coach-Assisted Projecting @ TOMO: Work finals climbs with coach input
Monday, June 9
Rope Session: Onsight Session (IN-Person Coaching)
Coach-Assisted Projecting @ TOMO: Bouldering Skill Work

Setting + Coaching Staff
At this camp, we’re bringing in the core CCC philosophy: all setters are coaches, and all coaches are setters. Our crew has experience training World Cup-level athletes and setting for championship events across all levels. Every climb will be intentionally crafted to support each athlete’s goals while preparing them to perform at the national level.

Camp Options
Camp Only
Athletes participate in the full training camp experience. Lodging, local transportation, and meals are not included and must be arranged independently.
Athletes are also responsible for their own travel to and from Portland.

Athletes join the training camp and receive support with:

Group meals provided
Athletes are still responsible for snacks, personal items, and their own travel to and from Portland.
