Reach your climbing goals with our personalized 8 or 12 -week training plans. Our plans are completely customized to your individual needs including physical, technical and mental training goals.

  • The 8-week plan is great for short term focus prior to competitions, trips or as an introduction to more structured training.

  • The 12-week plan builds allows time for more endurance, and power adaptations.

Both include a 30 min introduction call to establish goals and starting points for the training. Optional add ons include video review, weekly progress check ins and more.
